The 94th Annual PA Farm Show

On Friday we went to the annual PA Farm Show in Harrisburg. We had a ton of fun and Abigail is still talking about it. She keeps saying, "Go to Farm Show to see animals!" Nick's mom was in town so she got to join us for a fun morning. This year we were able to park closer and did not have to take a bus from the parking lot down the road. There were so many things we did not get to do because there is so much to see. We made sure that we saw all the animals and visited the food court. I did not get any pictures of the horses, cows, sheep and goats but we did see all those animals. The Farm Show is known for its GREAT food! The food court was packed and I found it hard to choose what to eat. Abigail and I ended up with nuggets, a barbecue pulled pork sandwich, a chocolate/vanilla milkshake and a dozen potato donuts. They have just about everything! We did not see any of the main events that they have throughout the week, but I watched the Sheep to Shawl contest on TV and caught a little bit of the tractor square dancing! We can't wait till next year to go again!

Abigail was a little scared of the dog.

The bunny was very soft!

The baby ducks were so cute.

They had this fun ramp with a slide for the ducks to play with. They definitely drew a crowd!

Abigail enjoyed watching the baby chicks hatch.

We saw some large ducks!

These were the only pigs we could find.

Abigail loved playing in the corn.

She loves to pour things.

The last thing Abigail did before we left was ride the carousel with Honeymama.

She rode the carousel two times because the man who owned it gave in when she started to cry.
