Summer Trip to VA

Abigail is now 2 years and 9 months old! We will be celebrating her third birthday in a few months:) We have had a good summer and I look forward to some fun things we have planned in August. Next summer will be even better because Nick will be working less and we will be able to take a family vacation somewhere.

At the end of July, my Mary Kay sisters and I took a road trip all the way to Dallas, TX and back. First we stopped in VA to drop Abigail off with Nick's parents. Then we drove to Springfield, TN near Nashville to see friends of mine from the church we attended when we lived down there. We picked up another MK sister in TN and headed to Dallas! Even though we did spend a lot of time in the car, the trip went fast and we all had a blast!

Abigail also had a blast in VA. She not only saw her Honeymama and Grandaddy, but she also got to spend time with her Aunt, Uncle and two cousins. Abigail had never met her cousin Bree who is two months old. It had been awhile since she had seen her cousin Ben. They had a ball playing together!!
