Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to you! We had a nice day with family and friends. There was still snow on the ground from earlier in the week so it was a white Christmas. We felt so blessed to receive many wonderful gifts. This Christmas was a lot of fun because Abigail was able to open gifts. After opening her first two gifts, she did not seem interested in opening any others. About 15 minutes later she changed her mind and we had her open them all at once. We were able to get some cute pictures and video. After we opened our gifts we got ready to go to Christmas dinner at the Hess home. There was wonderful food and Abigail got to play with all of Timmy's Christmas toys.

Check out all the gifts!

Abigail found an Elmo toothbrush in her stocking.

Before we opened any gifts, we had Abigail unwrap a special gift. It was the baby Jesus for her "Little People Nativity Set." On Christmas day we celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ. God gave us the greatest gift ever when he sent his son to save us.

Abigail is sitting next to all of her gifts. (Notice that her new shoes for the Spring went right on her feet after she opened them.)

Nick gave her a cute t-shirt that says, "Daddy's Little Princess."

I gave her a doll!

Here is Abigail eating Christmas dinner with Timmy.

This look was priceless! She was probably thinking, "Ok Mommy, that's enough pictures."

This is the best family picture we could get. It is not easy getting 6 people to smile and look good.
